| We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Pre School Supervisor to join our hard working, friendly and supportive team. Little Oaks Preschool (which is part of Turners Hill CofE Primary School) is a small and friendly preschool, where all of our children are encouraged to aim for excellence and to fulfil their individual potential.
What you'll do: • Help lead the team through the next stage in the development of our pre-school provision • To lead on planning and curriculum and undertake line management responsibilities. Who you'll be: • To be enthusiastic to work with children in a caring, understanding way. • To be able to manage and lead a team. • To work collaboratively with colleagues and parents. • To be able to provide and facilitate safe, creative play What you need to have: • To have a working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. • Experience as a supervisor of children aged from 2 years to less than 5 years of age in day care or sessional setting. • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent If you have these qualities and are looking for a new challenge, we look forward to receiving your application form.
