| Turners Hill CofE Primary is a small and welcoming school with a supportive community. All of our children are encouraged to aim for excellence and to fulfill their individual potential academically, socially, spiritually and personally.
We are seeking to appoint a Clerk to the Governing Body, to become a key member of our hardworking and friendly team of governors. This vacancy is a part-time position for approx 66 hours per annum. The meetings are fixed in advance, usually 2-3 per school term. All preparatory work for these meetings can be done remotely and flexibly to suit the successful candidate. What you'll do: Prepare Agendas Taking minutes at all governors meetings Who you'll be: Be able to maintain confidentiality Have a flexible approach to working hours Have good interpersonal skills Desirable: Knowledge of Governing Body procedures Previous experience as a clerk is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
