DEPUTY SENCO TLR 2c
Required from 1st September 2024, full time, permanent Pay scale: SLT1-9 (TMS equivalent) pro rata of £30,000 - £46,525 per annum plus TLR2c (£7,847) Are you passionate about securing the very best outcomes for young people? Do you want to work with driven and well-motivated colleagues? We are seeking an innovative and enthusiastic teacher to join our highly successful team. We are well resourced and have a focus on staff development and training. The successful candidate would join a strong and vibrant department. These are exciting times for Warden Park as we will be moving our entire SEND base into a newly built facility in Spring 2025. This is happening in order to incorporate an expansion in the number of students in our Special Support Centre which has a focus on supporting children with social and communication needs. We also have a thriving range of alternative provision e.g Forest School and angling.
