Pagham Harbour Local Nature Reserve byelaws

Find details of the current byelaws.

Management of Pagham Harbour Local Nature Reserve lies with the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB). The County Council has an executive role and will guarantee an annual payment to help support the service until 2021.

A permit is no longer required for boating, fishing and bait digging in Pagham Harbour, and the associated byelaws will not be enforced in relation to these activities.

The byelaws are being reviewed during 2017.
