Learning disability
Our learning disability commissioning plan is drawn up in consultation with local people with learning disabilities, carers and local stakeholders along with the Learning Disability Partnership Board.
It describes a vision and plan for improving the lives of local people with learning disabilities during 2016/19.
The Transforming Care Plans have been drawn up by all Sussex local authorities and Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG) in response to the NHS England Transforming Care programme.
