1 What the Committee does

This Committee deals with all the County Council's 'non-executive' functions (such as, decisions which cannot be taken by Cabinet Members) in relation to public rights of way and the registration of common land.

‘A Guide to the Law for the Rights of Way Committee’ provides a guide to members of the County Council on the law relating to rights of way and the County Council’s rights of way powers and duties.
