Anyone who lives in West Sussex can
become a member of the Residents' e-Panel. To join you will need to
complete a simple registration questionnaire.
Personal details of all members of the Residents’ e-Panel will
remain strictly confidential in accordance with the Data Protection
Act (1998). The personal details of e-Panel members are not
accessible to any third party or anyone in West Sussex County
Council, except the administration team for Have Your Say.
Once you are a member of this safe and secure panel you will be
sent emails with links to surveys for you to complete. Every member
of the Residents’ e-Panel will have their own unique username and
password and you will need to log on in order to complete these
surveys as they will only be available for panel members.
At times, links to other public surveys, surveys being run by
other public bodies, as well as reports and the outcomes of surveys
will also be sent to you. All data obtained from e-Panel
members will be anonymised in any reports or findings that are
published.
