A number of organisations can help you make your comment, compliment or complaint.

With the exception of adults' social care, children's social care and education and schools, all complaints follow our corporate complaints procedure.

If you are still unhappy once a matter has been dealt with under our complaints procedure, you can contact the Local Government Ombudsman.
