Online payments
With online payments you can pay for various Council bills, such
as:
What do I need to make a payment?
Your invoice number, your customer reference number, your email
address, and your card details.
How do I use the system?
Click on the link to make payment, and throughout the process it
will guide you on the detail that needs to be completed.
How quickly will my payment be credited to you?
You should allow at least one full working day after making your
payment for our records to be updated.
Will I get a receipt?
Once the payment is authorised, a receipt will be sent to your
email address.
What if my card is refused authorisation?
If your payment is not authorised this means that it has been
refused by the bank. West Sussex County Council will not know the
reason for this, so you will need to contact your card issuer.
What cards are accepted by West Sussex County Council?
The following cards are accepted for payment: Delta, Euro,
Mastercard, Solo, Switch, Visa, and Laser.
We do not accept Visa Electron, American
Express, Diners and JCB.
