Audio clips
Audio clips on this website are in MP3 format, commonly in use
on the internet. Free players are available for you to download so
you can listen to these clips if your computer does not
already have a player installed.
About MP3
Most audio players are MP3 compatible including RealPlayer,
Windows Media Player (version 7 onwards) and Winamp.
Help with playing audio clips
To listen to a clip click on the 'Play' button. If the clip does
not download and automatically start playing in your mp3 software,
try right clicking on the 'Play' button and then select 'Save
Target As...(PC)'.
Alternatively, hold down the 'Ctrl' key, left click on your
mouse and select 'Download link to disk' (MAC) from the
drop-down menu that appears and save the file to your desktop. You
should then be able to listen to it directly from there once the
file has downloaded.
We are working to improve the availably of transcriptions of the
audio files on the site, but in the meantime if you require a
transcript of the audio file our Communications Team will be
able to help you.
