BrowseAloud is a service which allows web pages to be read aloud
for people who find it difficult to read online content.
This includes people with dyslexia, learning difficulties, mild
visual impairments and those with English as a second language.
BrowseAloud is free to use and works with all major
browsers.

install the BrowseAloud software from the link below.
