The trust aims to improve outcomes for children and young people because we believe that this can be done more effectively by all agencies working together! Our Children and Young People’s Plan (CYPP) makes this coordination possible.

  The Children Act 2004 places a statutory duty on West Sussex County Council and its partners to prepare a Children and Young People's Plan (CYPP).

  It's vital to involve children and young people in service planning, delivery and evaluation and there are many examples of this in West Sussex.
