The County Council has a rapidly developing and exciting occupational therapy service. We aim to provide a high quality, prompt and cost-effective service that offers staff:

  • support through quality supervision and appraisal;
  • opportunities for first-class training and development;
  • strong leadership; and 
  • innovative partnership working.


We currently employ over 70 qualified occupational therapists and a growing number of occupational therapy assistants. Our line managers are all qualified occupational therapists who value adaptability and innovation and really understand your needs.
