Working in occupational therapy
Working in occupational therapy
can be varied, stimulating and sometimes challenging.
The County Council has a rapidly developing and exciting
occupational therapy service. We aim to provide a high
quality, prompt and cost-effective service that offers staff:
- support through quality supervision and appraisal;
- opportunities for first-class training and development;
- strong leadership; and
- innovative partnership working.
We currently employ over 70 qualified occupational therapists and a
growing number of occupational therapy assistants. Our line
managers are all qualified occupational therapists who value
adaptability and innovation and really understand your needs.
