LINks - help us improve health and social care services

LINks logoThe Local Involvement Network (LINk) for the county currently represents everyone's point of view. It works with care and health  professionals to make sure your views are heard and to make changes.

So, anyone can be part of the LINk. This means that all of the different groups and types of people that make up the population of West Sussex have a chance to be involved.

The LINk does not take over from groups that are already working for the community in the county. Instead, it makes it easier for groups and individuals to be heard. This is because the LINk brings together the whole community.

The LINk is able to give people who do not usually have a say the chance to give their views. And you do not have to be a member of the LINk to get involved or have your say.

From April 2013 Local HealthWatch champions will take on the current functions of LINKs, but with a wider role. But in the meantime, please contact Help and Care if you would like to make your thoughts known about any of our services.
