Further information

• To join the Buy With Confidence scheme businesses must commit to comply with the conditions detailed in the BWC 'Conditions for Business'.
• You will need to send us a copy of your company's Contractual Terms and any Sales Literature (such as brochures) that you produce or use.
• If your company trades by distance selling means (for example, by phone, mail order or internet), any different Terms of Business and any Warranty or Guarantee must be provided with the completed application.
• It is advisable to apply for any necessary criminal records checks (Basic Disclosures) when you submit your application.  This will help your application to be processed as quickly as possible. For more information please visit the Disclosure Scotland website.
