How to find us
- By car
Approach Henfield from the A281
southbound or the A281 or A2037 northbound. From the High Street
turn off into Bishops Lane, which then leads into the main car
park.
Henfield library is next to the car park.
- By bus
Henfield is served by the
following buses: 17, 100, 106
Henfield library is purpose-built on one floor and has an entrance
with sliding doors.

You can send a FAX within the UK, European Union, or the rest of
the world for a small charge.
You can arrange for a FAX to be sent to the library for you to
collect

- Housebound services
If you are unable to get to Henfield library and have no one to go
for you, we can arrange for a volunteer to deliver your books or
story cassettes. Please ask for the Housebound Reader application
form.

- Electronic Catalogue access
There is 1 viewpoint terminals in the library which let you look at
the county catalogue. You can see what
you have on loan and when it is due back. You can also renew and
make reservations. To do this, you need a Personal Identification
Number (PIN). Please ask for this at the library.
- Internet access
We have 3 internet terminals, for which there is a charge.

Henfield library has a small collection of general reference books,
including phone books for South East England, electoral registers,
and local and community information. Henfield also has a local
history collection relevant to the immediate area. If we cannot
answer an enquiry locally we will refer it to one of our larger

alternate Thursdays 10.15am - 10.45am.
