With almost 2,500 miles (4,000 km) of public roads in West Sussex, it is not possible for us to inspect all of the network all of the time. Thank you for helping us by reporting any maintenance issues you see.

To report a problem the mandatory sections, marked with a red asterisk (*), are the most important. The other sections just help us if we need further information. You can report multiple problems on the same form, but please number each problem description and location 1,2,3... so that we can match them up.
