How to apply for a Blue Badge
Since January 2012 all applications for a Blue Badge, whether
for new or existing Blue Badge holders, need to be made under the
new Blue Badge process. There are guidance notes provided below
which will help you to complete the form.
There are two types of Blue Badges - one for individual holders
and one for organisational holders. Please make sure you request
the correct one as it may delay the process if you don't.
Applications from individuals

If you are an organisation applying for a Blue
badge, such as a care home or hospice transporting those in your
