How to apply for a Blue Badge
From 1 January 2012 all applications for a Blue Badge, whether
for new or existing Blue Badge holders, need to be made under the
new Blue Badge process. There are guidance notes provided
below which will help you to complete the form.
There are two types of Blue Badges - one for individual holders
and one for organisational holders. Please make sure you request
the correct one as this may delay the process.
You can obtain an application pack (form and guidance notes) in
