Scanning order form
The majority of photographs and documents contained within the
Record Office website can be reproduced as scanned images on
application to the Record Office. Please quote the relevant
reference numbers on the scanning order form below.
To Order: Please print out this form, complete, sign and send by
post with your remittance (see below for address) or scan your
completed form and send by e-mail to records.office@westsussex.gov.uk

information.

Scanned image and print from the image
A4 - £10 each
A3 - £20 each
Larger than A3 to A1 - £40 each
Supply of scanned image only
Up to A4 - £6 per image
A4 to A3 - £12 per image
A3 to A0) - £25 per image
Additional copies are charged at half price
£2.50 is added to the above charges if the image is supplied on
a CD
Postage and package is £2.50 per order (UK only)

must either pay by a cheque made payable to West
