Welcome to the WSCC arts, 2012 and culture pages!

The 2012 and Culture team lead and coordinate the County Council's involvement in arts and cultural development, in addition to coordinating the West Sussex Ahead of the Game programme for 2012. Our main purpose is to champion and promote the arts to enhance the quality of life for people across West Sussex, and to help all of us in West Sussex make the most of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

We have recently launched Creative West Sussex, a new online network for the arts and creative community in West Sussex. The website has the latest arts, creative and cultural news, events, creative space listings and opportunities, as well as a directory of artists, creative organisations, venues and more.
