Supporting policies

There are a number of policies that provide you with important information which may be relevant to your application for a school place.

The oversubscription criteria – sometimes called 'admission policies' or 'admission arrangements' – provide vital information on how school places are offered where schools are oversubscribed.

• Data Protection Act 1998
  Your child's information is covered by the Data Protection Act 1998, which gives you the right to see it if you desire.

• Oversubscription criteria
  All schools have oversubscription criteria policies that apply if there are more applications than there are places available.

• Transport to school
  Transport policies.
