Help and advice

If you are being bullied or you know that it is happening to someone else, here are some things that you can do:

  • Talk to someone that you trust and tell them what has been happening.
  • Call Childline on 0800 1111 they are there to help. The call is free and confidential.
  • Reassure yourself that it is not your fault.
  • There are other people who can help you and listen to you including people at your school and Youth Centre.

Have your say!

If you are aged between 5-19 you can use the West Sussex site Your Space to find information and have your say on the things that are going on in your school and where you live.

You can email Yourspace with your ideas about what we can be doing to help stop bullying.
