Help and advice
If you are being bullied or you know that it is happening to
someone else, here are some things that you can do:
- Talk to someone that you trust and tell them what has been
happening.
- Call Childline
on 0800 1111 they are there to help. The call
is free and confidential.
- Reassure yourself that it is not your fault.
- There are other people who can help you and listen to you
including people at your school and Youth
Centre.
