Volunteering in schools

Introduction

How to volunteerYour 'school' needs you

We are always looking for business volunteers. You can get involved in a way that best suits you and your business.

For example, you could:

  • work with a teacher to help them relate their teaching to the world of work;
  • set a challenge or problem based on your business, for students to solve;
  • host a student visit to your business;
  • be an ementor;
  • visit a school or college to speak to students about an aspect of your work;
  • participate in mock interviews to give students practice in being interviewed; and
  • host a group of teachers to show them and tell them about your business.

If you would like to volunteer or offer to host a visit, please contact your local Education Business Partnership (EBP) Coordinator.
