Tendering opportunities

View current and forthcoming tender contract opportunities on our e-Sourcing portal.

West Sussex County Council (WSCC) are in the process of moving from our current portal with Intend, to a new portal provided by Atamis.

Whilst this process is taking place, both portals will be in use to allow work to complete to close down current tenders in Intend. Due to this, you may need to check for opportunities across both portals.

Notifications may still be received by you from both portals during this transition period.

WSCC will continue to publish notices on Find a Tender Service (FTS) and Contracts Finder (CF) where required. These notices will clearly indicate which portal is in use with a link to direct you.

If you would like to receive notifications of upcoming opportunities that are of particular interest to you, then you should set your preferences (selecting relevant CPV codes) within the Contracts Finder system. Support in using the Contracts Finder portal is available on the CF website.

For all our current frameworks and DPS’s, these can be found on Intend. Our new portal, where new opportunities will be published, is available on Atamis

We would advise that you register on both portals while we transition across to Atamis so you can review all available opportunities.

The use of Intend for tender opportunities will come to an end by the 31 May 2024.

If you have any questions regarding the above, please email us at procurement@westsussex.gov.uk.
