West Sussex County Council: Health and social care needs assessment

NHS West Sussex and the county council are working together with district councils and other local organisations to identify the health and wider well-being needs of the people of West Sussex.

This work is referred to as the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA).

This will provide:

• an analysis of the current health of the population
• a view of the future, predicting new or unmet need
• an understanding of what people in the local community want
