Every Child Matters: Change for Children fosters the well-being of children and young people from birth to age 19. The Government's aim is for every child, whatever their background or their circumstances, to have the support they need to:

The County Council, the Children's Trust and other partners are working together to ensure that West Sussex will be a place where all children and young people have the opportunity to enjoy healthy and safe lives as confident, high achieving learners and valued contributors in their communities.
