Statistics

Each year almost 3,500 people are killed and around 320,000 are injured on Britain's roads. Nearly 3800 of these casualties occur in West Sussex. Many of these deaths and injuries could have been avoided if road users had taken more care.

We take every opportunity to look for ways of making our highways safer, and to improve our safety standards and policies.
