Road Safety & Casualty Reduction

In 2007, 2,946 people were killed and 247,780 injured on Britain's roads. 3031 of these casualties occurred in West Sussex. Many of these deaths and injuries could have been avoided if road users had taken more care.

We take every opportunity to look for ways of making our highways safer, and to improve our safety standards and policies.
