4. Unavailable Routes
There are a number of reasons for sections of the public rights of way network to be unavailable for public use.
Temporary path closures are put in place to ensure the public's safety where a hazardous situation has developed. These closures can be of different lengths and are listed by parish.
Permanent closure orders are implemented in very few situations.
The unavailable paths list gives details of the routes that are not available for use by the public for various reasons. They are listed by parish.
