Recycle West Sussex logo Recycle for West Sussex website has been set up to contain all the recycling information for the County including Household Waste Recycling Sites, Mobile Sites, A to Z of Recycling etc. You can also find details on how to recycle your Christmas tree.  The current recycling rate for West Sussex is now 38%. This is a tremendous achievement!
Biffa logo Materials Resource Management Contract has been set up to develop a new facility that will deliver a more effective and environmentally friendly way of treating West Sussex's waste

                     club logo West Sussex County Council, in partnership with the District and Borough Councils and Viridor Waste Management Ltd, has created The West Sussex Green Club to help us all understand the need for greater awareness of green waste and to promote a more organic approach to gardening
Better Tomorrows logo Better Tomorrows Not For Profit Company has been set up in partnership with West Sussex local authorities to deliver innovative and collaborative waste reduction, reuse and recycling programmes across the municipal and commercial waste streams in West Sussex such that the amount of waste that goes to landfill is reduced

                     Waste Prevention Advisors logo In 2007 the Waste Prevention Advisor (volunteer) scheme was launched to encourage local residents to attend training sessions with the University of Brighton to help prevent waste in the local area
