West Sussex County Council: Route 99 (Petworth to Chichester)

Route 99, operated by Compass Bus, is a flexible bus service between Petworth & Chichester. It responds to your needs by bringing the bus nearer to you, reducing your walking distance and waiting time.

This fully wheelchair accessible service is available to everyone and travels direct to St. Richard's Hospital and Sainsbury's Superstore in Chichester.

How to use Route 99 

Journeys along flexible sections of the route must be booked in advance. You are advised to book your journey at least 30 minutes before you wish to board the vehicle, and you can book up to one week in advance.

If the start & end points of your journey are both on a fixed section of route you do not need to book your journey, as the bus will always stop at these points.
