Public Rights of Way (ProWs) Fault Form
These include footpaths, bridleways, roads used as public paths (RUPPs) and byways open to all traffic (BOATs). The public rights of way network enables everyone to experience and enjoy the countryside and provides an alternative to pavements in more urban areas.

Fly Tipping
Illegal dumping of rubbish and general building rubble is not only unsightly, but can create serious problems for drainage and the environment. District or Borough Council are responsible for dealing with fly tipping and where possible, they should be the first point of contact.
