25th November - Roberta Grieve - A Sense of Place

Real places, real events - but pretend people. Setting the scene for a historical romance. Former West Sussex Libraries staff member and now published author Roberta Grieve talks about the writer's dilemma, the difficulties of trying to strike a balance between historical accuracy and telling a good story.


National Year of Reading Computer Workshops

To tie in with the National Year of Reading these two-hour workshops will follow the theme of each month.  We'll show you how to find information online by exploring our free Electronic Library as a starting point, and various authoritative websites will be used as examples.  Please see below for course dates:

Come to the library for Christmas songs and stories, for children aged 0-5 years.
