Buchan Country Park is an excellent place for outdoor fieldwork. Visits are individually planned to fit in with interest and National Curriculum requirements.

Your educational visit can include the following activities:

• Pond dipping - in specially designed ponds
• Minibeast hunting

• Looking at plants and flowers
• History trail (medieval and Victorian, including maps, landscape features and handling objects)
• Landscape and Habitat Mapping
