Other Ceremonies

The West Sussex Registration Service are pleased to offer the following non religious ceremonies. These have no legal status but offer an alternative way of celebrating these special occasions.

Naming Ceremonies

Naming ceremonies are a special way of bringing the family together to celebrate the arrival of a child. This might be after the birth or adoption and can include children of any age.

Renewal of Marriage Vows

These ceremonies are for any married couple wishing to renew their marriage vows.

Both ceremonies can be arranged to take place in a Register Office or a licenced venue in West Sussex. Please contact your local Register office for more information.
